These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RAWDAWG ("the Bot"), operated by N8VENTURES ("we", "us", or "our").
By adding, interacting with, or using the Bot in a Discord server, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Bot.
The Bot is a Discord application designed to provide server management, community, notification, and entertainment features.
Current features may include:
YouTube live-stream announcements
YouTube video announcements
Automatic voice-channel creation
Welcome messages and banners for new members
Anti-spam and spam-detection features, including honeypot functionality
Giveaways
Birthday announcements for users who voluntarily provide their birthday
Reaction roles
Other community and server-management features that may be added in the future
Features may change, be added, or be removed without notice.
The Bot operates through Discord and requires access to Discord's services to function.
Your use of Discord remains subject to Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
The Bot is independently operated and is not affiliated with Discord unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Server administrators and authorized staff are responsible for configuring the Bot and determining how its features are used within their server.
Server administrators may enable, disable, or configure available features according to their server's needs.
We are not responsible for moderation decisions or other actions taken by server administrators using the Bot.
You agree not to intentionally:
Abuse or exploit the Bot;
Attempt to bypass or disable its security or anti-spam features;
Interfere with the Bot's operation;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Bot or its systems;
Use the Bot in a way that violates Discord's policies or applicable law.
The Bot is provided on an "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee that the Bot will always be online, available, error-free, or compatible with every Discord server configuration.
The Bot may experience downtime due to maintenance, software updates, Discord outages, network issues, or other circumstances outside our control.
We may modify, add, remove, or discontinue features at any time.
The Bot is an ongoing project, and functionality may change as development continues.
Giveaways, reaction roles, announcements, birthdays, and similar community features are provided as server functionality.
Server administrators are responsible for establishing and enforcing the rules applicable to giveaways and other community activities conducted through the Bot.
The Bot is provided without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that information provided through the Bot, including YouTube notifications, birthday announcements, or other automated notifications, will always be accurate, complete, or delivered without delay.
Access to the Bot may be restricted or terminated if the Bot is abused, used in violation of these Terms, or for other operational reasons.
Server administrators may also remove the Bot from their server at any time.
These Terms may be updated from time to time as the Bot develops.
The "Last Updated" date at the beginning of this document indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.
